Layout of checkboxes and input boxes

  1. If you visit: http://suctioncups.marketing-pittsburgh.com/place-an-order/sample-request/ you will see a section called "Sample Details" where we have several check boxes. We would like to have the form setup so that each check box has an input text field next to each check box so the user can input how many samples of each item they want. How can we lay this out if its even possible? The only idea I have had is to use the order function but without any of the actual pricing stuff if thats even possible.

    Thanks

  2. It sounds like you could use conditional logic here to show a number field when they select one of the check boxes. You can then style that number field to float to the right next to each check box.
