License Purchase Denied by Paypal

    I sent an email as the rocketgenius blog suggested, but got no response...and I really want to get started using the plugin.
    For some reason when I try to purchase the license, Paypal declines my credit card and states that it cannot be verified. I called my bank and was told that everything was OK on their end, so I'm not sure where to go from here.
    Is there any other method of obtaining the plugin and license?

    PayPal is the only payment processor. You may need to contact PayPal regarding this. There isn't much we can do on our end, they are the only payment processor we use so we don't currently have an alternative.

    I show a successful payment for $149.25 in PayPal for your email address. Did you receive an email confirmation from us with download instructions, license key, etc? I have record of that being sent to you at 3:42pm. If you didn't receive it, be sure to check your spam folder and let us know so we can get that info to you.
