Licensing Issue

    A while back I bought GravityForms (before May 1st). I received an email that said something like:

    You can use the following registration code to license/unlock the software: XXXX-XXXX-9999-9999

    Is this the number I enter into the Gravity Forms Settings for the Support License key? Or is there a different number?

    The reason why I ask is because when I go to the plugins list page I see this message:

    There is a new version of Gravity Forms available. View version 1.3.11 Details. By registering your copy, you will get access to automatic upgrades and support.

    If its a different number. Should I have received a support number when I bough the Gravity Forms.

    I'm a little confused. Thanks, Scott.

    Our license keys do not have dashes in them. You should have received an email to your PayPal email address containing your license key. The license key goes on the Settings page of Gravity Forms (Forms > Settings) and has to be entered exactly as it appears in the email.

    If you need your license key resent to you, just contact us via our contact us form and include the paypal email address you used to purchase the plugin and I can look it up and send it over.
