    Joseph, that page never loaded for me and never even timed out (4 minutes so far now). Can you let us know when it is online so we can take a look at it. Thank you.

    If adding pages made the tick no longer appear, maybe you need to update your CSS selectors to target the proper IDs again after editing the form.

    It was just the Center value in the CSS. Needed to change in my theme. Not sure why it had to change but it worked.
