How did you create this page? The resulting HTML does not follow our theme structure.
1. the <body> class indicates that it is using the "home-widget-layout" template
2. the <div id="content" class="widecolumn"> is not part of our theme.
The reason it does not work is because the HTML is missing certain DIV's from being generated.
I do not know how these were removed from your page, but because they are not there, this is the reason the page does not look correctly.
Look at the attached image and you will see what is happening there.
