Links to files uploaded in entry gone, when form is updated a second time

    Hello there,

    Here's the problem.

    1. Select file to upload in the "edit entry" page
    2. Click update, form uploads file and displays link to file correctly.
    3. Edit the form again, click update.
    4. The link to uploaded file is gone, and I see the select file field.

    Is there a solution to this?

    We have had this reported before but we have been unable to recreate this issue locally on our test sites.

    If you can provide us with a WordPress admin login for the site having the issue and detailed step by step instructions on how to recreate it we'd be glad to take a look and see what is going on.
