Logged in User probs with viewing form once submitted

    A logged in user, who goes back to fill in the form again to forward client information and upload relevant documents; keeps having to re log in to the site to view a blank form. When he returns to the page he see the page but the form via shortcode doesn't appear what could this be?

    Can you link to the form? Also, can you give me more information about your set-up and if it is every user, or just a specific user, what plugins are installed and what theme you are using? Is everything up to date?

    Just checking with host as I believe it may be due to session issues
