Long, multi-field forms

    I would like to make these two PDFs into online forms. Is there any reason Gravity Forms would NOT work for this?

    As a Gravity Forms user, I do not think you would have a problem recreating those forms. I didn't see anything tricky in there. Maybe someone else can review the requirements and find something I didn't see. But I think you'd be fine with Gravity Forms.
