Looking for a manual response feature

    I've got some content where I want to have the auto-responder to go out after I validate content in the forms.

    How do I queue the auto-responder and approve the ones I want sent.

    Or how can I have two different auto-responders - one that goes out automatically if a form fill meets one criteria or a different one if it does not?

    There currently isn't any way to do this. Gravity Forms sends out the notifications after a form is completed. There is no way to manually do this. And while we do allow you to re-send notifications on individual entries, it would once again send the notification programmed into your notification system, and thus not be a different message.
