We haven't created a best practices for Multisite installations as of yet as this has been fairly specialized, and we support it piece work. I will be extending documentation after the next major version of Gravity Forms is released. Do you have any specific questions I can help you with?

I'm looing for official documentation of the followding:
- installation in a network
- installation per subsite
- updating
- sharing forms between subsites
Maybe there is more to tell, please include that in the documentation.
I'm writing a book for Gravity Forms, and this needs to be in the book.
I am also in need of this type of documentation. The behavior I'm seeing is this:
1. Form designed in main site, will display on sub-site
2. Forms running on main site work and record entries
3. Forms running on sub-sites render, but do not record entries
I'm guessing that the GFP needs to be installed on each sub-site, because it does not have anywhere to put the data.
