Lost Form

  1. I thought I had this revolved, but i guess not. I have three forms on a site that I copied over to a new dev site (so I can work on it off line). Two of the forms show-up and work. A third does not appear to be there. But when I look at the meta info in the SQL database, it still appears to be there. I tried the Meta Recovery tool. It didn't work. Is there anything special I have to do to configure it? I could not find any instruction on its use.

How are you moving these forms? Are you using our import and export tools to move them?

  3. I copied the ENTIRE database (mysql dump) over to a new database. Then I hooked up the dev site to the new database. Everything worked fine, except for the forms.

    Thanks.

Strange then that our Meta Recovery tool didn't fix it. Are you able to still export through our export tool and import into the new site?

  5. I can export it and reimport it, but then how do I move the data into it?

  6. This is the error I get with the Meta Recovery Tool..

"This form's meta could not be recovered."

  7. Apparently, the copied data of the entries is corrupted too as I cannot view it.
