Mail Chimp Ajax Save Error

    Hi

We just installed the mail chimp add-on and we appear to be getting an ajax error when we try and save a new form...

It's definitely the add-on that's causing the problem as it only occurs whilst it is activated.

What can we do to resolve this?

    Thanks

  2. I have not yet heard of the Mailchimp add-on causing an issue with saving forms. If that is happening to you, you might be running out of memory, which is why it appears that the Mailchimp add-on is the one which causes the error (it might be that it just takes up the last bit of available memory and makes it so you cannot save a form.)

Can you please post how much RAM is available for PHP and WordPress? Thank you.

  3. I get the same problem but it is when ANY add-on is installed and active. None active - saves fine, active will not save forms and will not add fields when buttons are clicked.

  4. For me I needed to install GD and enable it for PHP - I am guessing this is your issue too.

    Hi,

Just got round to looking at this again.

I just updated my mail chimp to v1.8 and this appears to have solved the problem.

    Thanks for your help
