    I have a checkbox where i want to make a link in one of the choices like this: Yes, I accept the conditions.

    Is this possible?

    HTML isn't currently allowed in the field labels so you can't do it from the admin, but you can do this with a little jQuery added to your page template. Here's a previous thread with the how-to.
