Max characters repeating

  1. The last post on this was about a year ago. On my form at http://dancingbayembroidery.com/store/store/saddle-pads/roma-minquilt-dressage/ if you click on
    Add Embroidery
    Left (Mounting) Side checkbox
Type of Personalization -> Monogram or Name
Type of Monogram or Name: -> select any

on the text boxes, you see 0 to 1 max characters repeated 4 times, or in the case of selecting name, you see 0 to 12 max characters.

I have activated the Twenty Eleven theme. My theme of choice is Boutique by Elegant Themes.
I have deactivated all my plugins (Akismet, Easy FancyBox, Gravity Forms CSS Ready Class Selector, Hello Dolly, Jetpack by Wordpress.com, Lightbox Plus ColorBox, and WP Super Casche), leaving only Cart66 Professional and Gravity Forms activated.

What do I need to do to fix this?

    Thanks,
    Alisa

Which versions of WordPress, Gravity Forms and Cart66 are you using? Have you tried duplicating your form without Cart66 inclusion to see if it is a Cart66 error? If you create a new form with a field that has a character limit, does it do this same repetition?

  3. I believe I have the latest on all. I do not see any notifications that any need to be upgraded.

    Cart66 - Version 1.5.1.7
    Gravity Forms - Version 1.6.12
    WordPress - Version 3.5.1

If I deactivate Car66, then the problem goes away. what does this mean? Is there a fix for it because it isn't much good to me if I cannot use a shopping cart along with the Gravity Forms.

Other issue. Even if I clear my cache out in IE, I still get the Boutique theme. However, no problem getting the Twenty Eleven theme in FF. I've even tried closing all my IE pages and reopening IE. Still get the boutique theme.

    Thanks,
    Alisa

When you deactivated WP Super Cache, you might not have done it in the weird way that they require, so it isn't truly disabled currently. You'll want to reactivate it and clear out the cache and read their deactivation instructions to test things quickly and easily.

As for the Cart66 thing, I'm not certain. Have you brought this issue to them as well?

  5. Cart66, no, I have not as yet. I noticed it a few days ago, but am just today getting a chance to work it. I will follow the WP Super Cache instructions and report back. Tnx, Alisa

PS... David, are you talking about the Download and Install Instructions at http://ocaoimh.ie/wp-super-cache/?, except don't install it again? I'm not blogging on this site, or if I decide to later, will be just minimal. So, don't think I really need this plugin? Opinions?

I can't remember where the uninstall instructions are, but WP Super Cache has very specific uninstall instructions. Let us know what you hear from Cart66. All my best!
