Merge Tag issue: total not displaying in notification e-mail

  1. My notifications are set up to merge the TOTAL from the Gravity Form which gets e-mailed over to myself and the client. The issue is that the TOTAL is not merging correctly. Every other piece of information is transferring perfectly except for the TOTAL. The notification only shows the product price of $25 which is hidden and sometimes nothing, but it doesn't factor in the additions the client has made. The quantity is set to 1 and Admin only since the client can order multiples of that 1 product in the shopping cart. Please help.

    I've tested my other pkgs and the issue is still the same.

  3. There are no known issues with the Total field merge tag, because of that the issue is likely related to how you have configured the form itself.

    You mentioned you configured the Quantity field as Admin Only, doing things like this can cause issues because that means there is no Quantity because it's Admin Only. If no quantity is being set that could impact the actual Total that is calculated when the form is submitted.

    You have created a priority support ticket for this issue and we will handle this via your priority support ticket as it's most likely going to be a form specific configuration issue.
