when people send me emails it goes to my POST section as a post ( google sometimes picks up this message as a post) please can it stop sent messages from appearing in my post category in wordpress.

You're probably using a post field type in your form. When you use a post field, it automatically creates a post. Edit your form and remove any post fields and you should be fine.
