Microsoft Dynamics CRM

My company is leaving Batchbook in favor of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We were about to work with a company to integrate Gravity Forms with Batchbook to use the Gravity Forms in Wordpress to capture leads and place them directly into Batchbook.

I have inquired to that company to see if they can help me integrate Gravity Forms with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, but thought I would ask here to see if anyone here has done so or plans to do so.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

ps. This is not a pre-sale question, please move this post to the correct location, sorry about that.

I only received a short comment from that company that integrates with Batchbook (they post here from time to time), but no real solution forthcoming yet. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is quite amazing, this would be a fantastic CRM to work with.

Just throwing this out there again so see if the thought gets any love around here. :)

Just keeping this fresh, anyone incorporate Gravity Forms with MS Dynamics CRM?

This is a feature request and belongs there I am sure, if you can move it.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

  4. We've only had one request for MS Dynamics CRM so while we are still considering making an Add-On for it down the road, there are other Add-Ons that are more highly requested we are working on first such as AWeber and Constant Contact integration. We do plan on doing a batch of CRM Add-Ons later this year (SalesForce, BathBooks, Highrise) and can look at MS Dynamics CRM at that time.

    Thanks Carl.

If you get around to considering MS Dynamics CRM, I would be happy to help test it for you.

As far as enterprise solutions go, I have used both Salesforce and Dynamics. Dynamics' close integration with Outlook makes it the superior choice for me. I know Dynamics is not as well known, but over time I think that will change.

Of course, you already know, integration solutions for services like CRM open pathways to your door for more customer prospects. I hope Dynamics can become one of those pathways.

Thank you again for your consideration.
