Adding another name to a pull-down on a long list of TO: recipients.
Since the recent update(s), there is no longer a way to tie that new name to a receiving email address, from what I can see?
Here's a screenshot of what I've poured over to find the previous method (or something similar) for tying a pull-down option to its receiving mailbox:

You were probably using routing to make it so that their decision e-mailed certain addresses, and that's still the case. Go to notifications and look at the To address. Most likely it is/was set to Routing.

Ah, ok -- its in the tiny little Edit link under "Admin Notification"... couldn't that be a hair larger for end-users to locate? :) Thanks, this should solve their problems (as well as other clients who may encounter the same issues).
