    Hi there,

Recently, we have discovered a bug. Below is the case:

    1. We have received an email notification (form lead) for the GF ID=1
    2. However, we can't seems to see it on the list of GF Entries for that particular form ID
    3. We went on the PHPMySQL to do a search
    4. We found the data for the lead related to the notification

We have recorded the instance here: http://screencast.com/t/4HOg0f06X1

Let me know how do we can make sure this is not happening again.

    Cheers!

  2. Are you using any caching plugins? Cache will cause things like this to happen.

Also, which version of WordPress and Gravity Forms are you using?

Finally, did you do any search and replace or direct editing of the forms in the database? I recall you had a network of sites where you wanted to make bulk edits. Maybe something in the editing process has affected the entries.

    Hi Chris,

    1. We are not using any caching plugins for the network.

    2. We will keep the GF updated all the time. We just updated the plugin to the latest and it fixed the issue. That's weird. May I know what may cause this?

    3. We didn't went on to do the Search and Replace.

Once you've answered the #2, you can mark this ticket as resolved.

  4. I will ask the development team about #2. What version of Gravity Forms and WordPress were you running when you were experiencing the problem?

  8. It will be hard to troubleshoot with those old versions, but the issue has not been reported before and is not common. We always suggest staying up to date with WordPress and Gravity Forms releases to minimize problems.
