I created a notification to report all 9 fields (see below) which are all set as required on the form, but the notification email only contains the first 3 fields and not the remaining 6 other fields for some reason.
Message :

Submitted on {date_mdy} from IP Address {ip}
Page Title : {embed_post:post_title}
Page URL : {embed_url}
I have tried disabling auto formatting as well as creating a new notification to see if that resolved the issue, but it does not. If I resend the notification when viewing an entry, all the fields are populated correctly in the notification email.
Any suggestions on fixing this?
