Move advanced plugins into business version

  1. I'm a web designer who recommended this plugin to a client so I could get on with helping him build a membership site as described in http://justintadlock.com/archives/2012/10/16/how-i-run-a-membership-site. I've only heard good things about the plugin however upon installing and going to setup a new user registration form I've discovered that some basic functionality like being able to do this is not available within the business version. To be honest it never crossed my mind that it wouldn't. This is hugely disappointing as the same functionality of the business version of the plugin is achieved through quite a few completely free plugins including http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/visual-form-builder/ for example.

Would you consider moving one or two of these basic functionalities into the business version? As I believe for $99 the plugin should be able to provide out of the box extra functionality to that of free alternatives. I achieved the same functionality which isn't sufficient using both plugins.

I don't mean to sound harsh or angry as that's not my intention, but am really disappointed with what the business version includes.

I'd really like to be able to give gravity a go as I think my client would like using the plugin over time but believe there should be a bit more "bang for your business buck".

Many thanks for your time it is much appreciated.

    Warm regards

    Phil
