multi page form anchor

I have a multi-step form in the progress bar format. It's located in the middle of the page and I would like that when a user presses the "next" or previous button and the page refreshes that the beginning of the form stays anchored relative to the top of the form. Is there anyway to do this?

Can you add ajax=true to your Gravity Forms embed code, and then let us know when this is done?
