Multi page form - dynamically add content

    Hi,

Can you please have a look at the form on this page: http://sub.hobartwebdesigns.com.au/shop/online-meal-orders/

I am using a form in conjunction with a woocommerce extension to integrate the two.
I use page breaks to make this a multi page form to collect various data for an order. Once the order is placed by pressing the add to cart button, the customer may want to add another sub to their order.

Is there a way to have the data in the fields of the first two steps (name, email, phone, time and date to pick up order) to remain populated after the form has been filled in once? i.e. the customer can commence from step 3 OR they can press the next button to skip through the first two steps as they are already populated?

    Many thanks.

I had a look at some more docs but can't quite figure this one out still?

    Any ideas?
