Multi-Page Form Freezing, not moving forward

  1. Around step 4 IE tends to stop them from doing the next step. I've had two different clients run into the same problem. I'm hoping someone can look at my form and let me know maybe what's causing the problem. I'm on a Mac and it works fine in Safari and FireFox. And as far as I can tell it works fine on Windows with FireFox.

  2. Do you have any custom HTML blocks in the form? If they're invalid, IE will apparently complain and refuse to continue. See this from yesterday:

  3. I read that post from yesterday but I'm not sure how to check that.

  4. Basically, all your HTML blocks need to be valid, within your form. If any are not valid, you will need to fix them. That's likely the problem if it occurs on IE only.

I got a couple pages in to the form, but then it started reacting very slowly. I did see some images on step 2 and 3, so I am guessing there are HTML blocks being used in the form?
