Multi Page Form Review Page

    Hey guys,

    Is there a way to create like a review page, once they have entered their information before they submit the form?

    Here is one of the forms:

    There is nothing like that built in to Gravity Forms right now. Previous discussion with Carl:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/prompting-a-user-after-they-have-filled-out-a-form

    There was another discussion of something like this recently but I can't find it. It was a customization using jQuery to display the entered values before submission.
