Multi-Page Forms and AJAX (1.5 RC2)

I'm betting this is a simple one to answer, but can somebody explain why I should or shouldn't enable AJAX on a mulit-page form? If I'm trying to keep it as light and lean as possible for my clients' old browsers, am I best leaving it off? And on the same note, should I kill the animations for that form, too?

    Thanks.

  2. AJAX and the animations, etc. do use Javascript which require client side processing. So if you want to keep it as light as possible, yes I would recommend turning this options both off. It's a personal preference. In some situations you need AJAX, such as displaying a form in a lightbox window, etc.
