    What version of Gravity Forms are you using, have any theme or plugin customisations been made as when I just created a new multi page form on my test site the buttons are arranged how you want them, previous then next, check out this screenshot http://imgur.com/eULWE6L

    Yep, I'd like to see this as well. Can you please post a URL to your form so we can inspect the markup/CSS and see what's going on?
