    Hi,

    I was wondering if Gravity Forms has any kind of features that allows a drop down box to be added to the form, where it would show a list of names so the contact could choose to whom the want the submission to go to?

    Yes, it's called Routing and it's built it to Gravity Forms. It's documented here:
