Multipage Forms - Where to start?!

    How does one go about building a multipage form from scratch? I cannot seem to find an FAQ or "howto" on creating multipage forms.

    I'm a little discouraged because the solutions I've read in the forums are very heavy in jQeury. The primary reason I purchased GF was for the ease and simplicity of creating forms in the UI.

    LOL! I've never used that button because I thought it was for another purpose, ie: html page breaks and page formatting issues. I feel a little silly that I missed that, but have to assume others will as well. A good FAQ or howto article would be awesome.
