Multiple choice - when number zero is the answer, not showing in email notificat

  1. Hi,

I'm creating a Gravity form of this PDF questionnaire:
    http://brain-dr.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/adult-brain-questionnaire.pdf

As you can see, every single question has the number zero as a multiple choice answer. The intent is to have this form emailed to the site owner and automatically deleted from the database. I was told on this forum that this form would work fine as a Gravity form.

However, I've submitted 12 test forms and whenever I select "0" as the answer, the entire question simply doesn't appear on the form.

    How can this be fixed?

    thanks,
    Suze

  2. I am able to reproduce this. It appears the value isn't sent in the notification, but it IS stored with the entry data and is displayed when you view the Entry Details in the admin. So it is stored, just isn't being displayed in the Notification. We will look into this issue and get it resolved in the 1.5 release which is being wrapped up now for release very soon.

  3. Hi Carl,

Thanks for your reply. Any specifics on when the 1.5 version will be released? In the ballpark of one month? Two months? I need to discuss this with my client to see if she wants to log on to her site to view the form entries until the new version is released.

  4. 1.5 will be released this month. We are finishing up work on a new Gravity Forms site, new documentation and have a server migration to do before launching it.
