Hi there
I am trying to use 2 conditional statements for one peice of information in an email notification, but it ignores the second condition. Is it possible to do?

I have found a way around this for anyone that is interested. You can put multiple conditional queries in fields. So add the multiple conditional query to a field, tick show only for admin on the field settings, and then test for that in the email notification using conditional shortcode. Works perfectly.
That's a good way to do it. The conditional logic in the form is more robust than that which is allowed for the conditional shortcode, or even the opt-in condition for some add-on feeds Nice work around: thank you.
