Multiple dynamically populated dropdowns in one form - hook?

Hi,

So I've managed to get my first dropdown menu to populate with posts from a category.

Problem is I can't seem to replicate this with other dropdown fields in the same form. I've played around with the hook but it keeps causing me php fails.

I have 2 ways of getting the first dropdown to populate:

Can anyone fill me in on how I can adjust either of these 2 hooks so I can have multiple dropdowns, each calling post titles from a different category, on the same form?
