Multiple Forms on One Page

    I am having issues with having a contact form and a loan calculator form on one page.

    URL: http://whitebridgefinancial.com/anf2/

    When I am in the loan calculator and hit tab to get to the next field, it is taking me to the next form.

    Is this because of field labels or names? (field1 loan form tabs to field1 contact form)?

    If so, is it possible to change the field numbers individually to prevent this?

    Issue taken care of with documentation. Couldn't locate in search of the website or documentation though. Had to browse google. thanks though!
