Currently you have an option to add an "other" radio button that allows for a text input.
I have need to have additional options for radio buttons that allow text inputs such as:
Newspaper (specify):_________________
Radio Station (specify):_________________
Referral (specify):_________________
Please let me know how I can accomplish this, thanks!

You can use conditional logic to show/hide single line text fields based on radio buttons selected. So if they choose Newspaper - show a single line text field where they would specify the newspaper. Then just rinse and repeat with the others.

So to clarify, I would have to add a single line text field for each option I want user input, enable conditional logic for each, and set the parameters for when it appears. I think this will work, but you may want to think about having an option in the future that allows you to add "other" radio buttons (more than one) that have the text entry area, where you can also edit the description to something else than "other". I bet a decent amount of users would find it useful.
