Multiple PayPal Conditions

  1. Hi guys,

I really need to do multiple conditions for Payment Gateways including PayPal.

I have the following scenario. I have a donation form where the user will select single/recurring donation, but only that they select the payment method too, either credit card or paypal.

The PayPal single amount feed should fire if they have selected PayPal and one off donation.
The PayPal recurring feed should fire if they have selected PayPal and recurring.

Similarly the Credit Card payment method should fire with multiple conditions.

Is this possible? If not, is it planned, if so, when?

    Thanks

    Nathan

    P.S. well worth the money.

  2. Nathan,

Sounds like you should be able to do this with conditional logic. The CC field is tied to PayPal Pro and Authorize.net which are independent of the standard PayPal Add-On. On your regular PayPal feeds you could opt to send to PayPal if it meets the required condition for both of the feeds. But if they choose the CC the CC field would show and the form should get processed that way. Have you tried this yet?

  4. You can setup multiple feeds for the add-ons, you just have to tie each condition to the appropriate feed. For example, in the PayPal Standard Add-On you would create two feeds, each tied to the one form. One would be for the "products/services" or "donations" and the other for the "subscriptions" and then each of these feeds you could tie the "Send to PayPal if..." condition is the appropriate option selected on your form (non-CC method) is selected.

Then you should be able to do the same for the Pro Add-On, with the CC field.
