Multiple Questions before I buy

    1) If I purchase the Developer license how long will i be eligible to download updates for free? (Lifetime, 1year, etc)

    2) Is the code encrypted, can I edit the code to fit my needs?

    3) Does the software have the ability to do multiple updates to a form on separate pages? A good example of this is at VestedHomes (dot) com where they fill out the contact info and click submit and it takes them to a larger form to add more information.

    Thanks!

  2. The developer license currently includes free lifetime updates and access to future "add-ons". The code is not encrypted or obfuscated in any way so you can edit it if you want although editing the core functionality will make updates more difficult for you. There are several "hooks" in place so you can add functionality without editing the core.

The current version doesn't support multi-page or "wizard" style forms but that will be something that will be included in a later release. You can pass variables from a form to another page via a query string so you could technically pre-populate a second form with the values from the first if you wanted to set it up that way.

  3. I see that you are planning on introducing support for multi-page forms. What is the status on support for multi-page?

  4. The status is it's in development. We are currently working on finishing up a new WordPress product we will be launching soon and then will begin work on wrapping up the next version of Gravity Forms. Multi-page forms will either be in the 1.4 or the 1.5 release, it depends on which features we release first. That is the best information I can give at this time.
