Multiple Recipient Email Issue

  1. Hi,

    I am making a form with multiple recipients using the drop down feature. When I am setting up the routing, it's not accepting all the emails I am adding. I am noticing the ones that are not working has a name.name@domain.com

    Is there a way to fix this? They are working emails.

  2. Have you separated the emails with a comma, and no space or are you just entering one email per line? Emails with a period in them should work fine.

  3. I actually just figured out the problem. I needed to manually type the emails in. Not copy and paste it. That seems to have fixed it.
