Multiple Recipient Issue

  1. I've searched and read through several posts on this, but have found nothing that helps.

I've got a simple form that needs to go out to 4-5 recipients. I've tried "email1@email.com,email2@email.com" and "email1@email.com, email2@email.com" methods of listing the emails, but to no avail.

The site is WordPress 3.3.1, one of the forms in question is here: http://amts.com/contact/contact-us (there are others, but they are similar in function).

  2. Hi, Chris,

If you are talking about the "Notification to Administrator", multiple email addresses may be entered in the "Send To Email" separated by a comma - test@test.com,test2@test.com . Are you using Routing with conditional logic for the notification?

Are you getting any of the emails? Can you test with one email address to which you have access and make sure you get it, in case there is a mail issue? Then add a second email address to which you have access and submit the form and see if you get both. What you have should work, assuming you just added the double-quotes to have the addresses stand out in the topic text.
