Multiple Submit Button

    I would like to set up a form so that if they check one box and click Submit the form goes to me. If they click a different check box and click Submit it will go to someone else. I would like the form to be sent to whoever's check box is selected. Is this possible? Thank you!

    What do you mean by sent to? If you mean notifications, then go to the notifications section and click Routing. Then you can input different e-mails based on form choices.
