Multiple Title Fields

    I have a need for form to include two title fields, but the plugin only allows me to add one. How can this be accomplished?

    Do you mean that you need to include two post title fields in your form? Only one Post Title can be included in the form, but you can use a plain text field and label it "Post Title Two" or something. How are you going to use two post titles after the form is submitted? If you give us some more information, maybe we can help you with a work-around.
