    Hey.

For some reason, I stopped getting emails, so I went to look at contact page: http://www.incomediary.com/about

And the form wasn't appearing, looked around for an answer and couldn't work it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like some issues are being created from Popup domination and Flow Player.

It was fine prior to upgrading Gravityforms. As far as I'm concerned, the problem is with the plugin that has the problem, not with other plugins that work fine and have always worked fine.

  4. IncomeDiary - I'd reco disabling the Popup Domination plugin and see if that solves the issue. I had the same problem a while back and discovered there was a conflict with PD plugin and had to stop using it. It sucks, I know, but for me, GF was more important than PD.

  5. Michael, please see this post from Carl in regards to your idea of thinking our plugin is at fault:

  6. Hi Rob - Think my comment came out wrong. I don't think there's an issue with GF. I was trying to say that the Popup Domination plugin created a conflict. When I disabled PD, GF started displaying again.

  7. Hey guys- I'm having the same problem...Not sure how long it's been gone, so not sure whether it's tied to any recent plugin updates. Tried deactivating all the other plugins & still couldn't get it to appear. Is there another way to check for what conflicts might be happening? Page is here http://urban-dwell.com/contact-us/.

  8. Have you tried switching to the default Twenty Eleven theme? Does the form show in the formbuilder preview?

I deactivated Popup Domination and it didn't make a difference. The problem happened sometime around doing an upgrade of GF.

  10. It does show up in the form builder preview. I haven't tried switching themes. I'd need to go into maintenance mode to do that given that the site is live, but the site is built on a Genesis theme. I use Genesis exclusively and have never run into this issue before...which leads me to believe it's a conflict w/another plugin...but deactivating plugins didn't seem to solve it.

You have a bunch of theme related JS errors. Have you tried doing the testing for theme and plugin conflicts?
