Does anyone know why or how a form that has been working would all of a sudden stop working correctly? It's not saving to the db or emailing the entry.

  2. This could be a couple of reasons.

    1) Are you running any kind of caching plugins? Depending on how your caching is configured this can interfere with the forms ability to properly save data.

    2) Check for plugin conflicts.

    3) Check for theme conflicts.

You check for plugin conflicts by deactivating *ALL* other plugins and then testing the form. If it works, then you activate each plugin one by one and test the form after each one until you encounter the problem.

You check for theme conflicts the same way except in this case you activate the default TwentyTen theme (in 3.0) and then test your form.

Thanks for your suggestions Carl. I did receive your test entry, and I realized that my issue may be related to using firefox on my mac. I'm not sure why the latest version of FF could be the cause, but I do see some other issues with this specific site.
