Name box looks funky when using first & last name

    If I try to use the name field using first & last name, the boxes do not look normal. The top line of the box does not show up. This only happens when name is the top field in my form. If I change it to simple name, it looks okay. I really need it to work with first and last name though. Please help.

    Please post a link to the page on your site where we can see the form. We can help you with the layout. That's not the normal behavior.
