Name field option greyed out

    In my Name Field the Name Format drop down menu is greyed out, so I cannot change from the normal setting to simple which I would like to use.

    Am I missing something in basic settings ?

    These kinds of issues are usually due to a theme or plugin conflict where a third party is outputting a script on our admin pages, causing weird issues. Can you try the following troubleshooting steps please? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
