Need a private vote - will this work?

  1. I am trying to add a Board of Directors ballot to a website. Can I use Gravity Forms to create a poll that will collect all data in aggregate form?

This is a membership site, each member should vote only once for each board position.

It should be a private vote, no answers should be seen by anyone other than the admin.

  2. Sounds like your application is more of a vote or survey than a poll. If that's the case, it should be possible to do what you want.

You can protect the form to ensure only logged in users can access it. It's on the Advanced tab of the form settings.

Answers will be visible to anyone with access to view entries. You can configure your site to ensure that only the administrator role has access to view entries. You may need an additional plugin like Justin Tadlock's "Members" plugin to allow you to modify the roles and their access to Gravity Forms.

You can limit the number of times a WordPress can submit the form, in a given time period:
