    I have been working rather vigorously to fix this problem.
    I have a form http://ezcruise.us.cloudlogin.co/work_listing/book-now/
    but it is not populating the total. I have set the equation up correctly because in the preview it works fine http://ezcruise.us.cloudlogin.co/?gf_page=preview&id=5 .
    Another issue is once the form is complete, it is not placing the entries in the entry form section.

    Is there a way I can provide my WordPress admin login so this can be fixed?

    I have a developer license and purchased it ONLY for this reason.
