Need Help Trouble Shooting... (PayPal not working)

    I have a simple form set up here: http://www.lclt.org/newsite/support-our-work/

    I can't see where the glitch is; I have three conditional logic fields set up, one for the "Other Donation", one for recurring monthly, and one for processing fees. The form populates fine, but when I go to submit the information it skips the PayPal step and just goes to the HTML of our 'thank you' page.

    Any help?
