I'm a newbie and need help following your instructions provided in this post:

Can you tell me exactly where to insert this jquery script? Does it go into the field label or the description area, or somewhere else entirely?
Also, my form ID is 1, and I want this field to be labeled something like "Terms." Exactly what do I use to replace the " .gchoice_5_1 label " portion of the script? Would it be " .gchoice_1 Terms " ?
