Need to add form ID on email notification to client

Sorry I'm so thick and can't figure this out or find with search of forums.

My client would like the email notifications to bear the name of the company and I can't figure out how to get the notifications to "print" the form title in the notification.

He gets forms from two different websites (representing two different companies). He wants the notification emails to include the company name and I can't figure out how to include a read-only field that contains the company name.

    Thank you.

  2. You should be able to easily set that in the subject line or message body of the notification with the merge tag drop down (Form Title) - Here is an example on the subject line:

Thanks, Rob, for jostling my brain. I'd already done a subject line thing but I'm obviously not thinking intuitively (I'm fairly new to Gravity Forms).

    Again, thanks so much.
