Need to pre-populate a form field AND the notification email address

    The theme is set up to send these to the contact form, but I needed a much more robust contact form.

    http://www.clickleasecolorado.com/contact-form/?propertyid=29&agentid=2

    properyid will populate the "Property" Filed
    and agentid will call the email address of the WP user that created the listing.

    Can I get these to pre-populate into the form?
